new's Flash - 24" span

This 24" wing span job was designed with the novice in mind.  The parts are all self jigging and have built in gussets at every joint.  The wing spars are Basswood.  It can handle the weight of some extra glue and still have a light enough wing loading to fly well.  Our prototype shown in the photograph weighs 20g, giving a wing loading of 0.28 g/sq.in..

 

All parts are laser cut makes it incredibly quick and easy to build. 

 

Esaki tissue (red, blue, yellow, orange, black or white) is supplied pre-printed with the skull & cross-bones, a 7" prop and bearings, enough FAI  Sport rubber to get flying and stainless steel wire for prop shaft, wheel axles and motor hook are all provided in the kit.  All you need add is glue and a little know how, and you will have a contest ready model in a couple of hours!
